How to restore a backup with Backuply (Step by Step)
Step 1. Login to your control panel with some of the following URLs: https://server-name.com:2222, https://domain-name.com:2222 and find the Backuply icon named Backuply Incremental Backups.
Step 2. Choose what you want to return - Files, Database, Emails, Crons or other.
Step 3. If you want to return files from your website, go to Home Directory and select the exact date of the archive. Then click on the Change Files Selection.
Step 4. Now select the desired directory / folder or file from the list.
Note: Return only the desired directory / folder or file / files from public_html not the whole domain folder. The deeper file or folder from the structure tree you select the better will the process go. For example, we have selected Plugins folder.
Step 5. When you have selected the file or folder from the date you want click on Restore Selection.
Step 6. You can do the same with the database -> A - Select a date; B - restore from the date you have selected.
Step 7. Now you have return your website files and database. To ensure that everything went fine, go to Logs and see the status of your process.
Now you have returned what you want and everything should be fine.
