If you are going to migrate your site to a hosting plan with us, you will probably need to move your emails to the corresponding domain as well. We have an easy tool to make this happen in a few easy steps. But before we start the migration, you need to create an email in your new hosting plan here.

If you are only going to move emails, you will need to create the domain before the email. It is not possible to create an email for a given domain if it does not exist in your account. Once we are ready to create the email and have the necessary data, go to the menu IMAPSync Migrations.
It's time to go through the steps and perform the migration:
- Enter the host name / name of the mail server. For example: zen1.coolice.host, mail.domain.com
- Enter the user. For example: info@, sales@, office@ and so on.
- Enter the password of your current email in the old place. Not the newly created email with us.
- Select which email to import the emails to, from the drop down menu. Check on the right and see if the domain matches the one to which the emails will be sent. If it is not the one you need, change it from the top right and continue the process.
5. Click on START MIGRATION
Keep in mind that depending on the size of the email, the process will take some time. Larger ones (several GB) take longer. Wait for the process to complete then check the email.
