Introduction

For every 2 hours of emergency technical support you receive we are going to charge you €75. This will be like that unless you have a Managed on demand package. Our main cPanel Level 2 - System Administration package (priced €50) consists of 240 minutes (4 hours) of technical support. After exceeding them you have to pay for the additional hours (€25) or upgrade to Level 3. Every request will deduct a minimum of 15 minutes from your package. The support time that you will receive in the package is not transferred from month to month. The unused time will be removed from your account 20 days after the day of its delivery.

What can we offer you?


If you have an administration and management package for you server you are going to receive our support 24/7 for the categories of:

  • Installation and default configurations

  • Advanced Configuration

  • Debugging and problem analysis

  • Software updates

Default configuration means that we are going to do the basic OS installation for you. We are going to install all the basic software too. We support installation of software only by using the standard mechanisms of the respective Operating System. (yum for CentOS, apt-get for Debian, etc) or by using the control panel. When the control panel is installed it is required to use the install mechanism of the control panel for all the software installation needs.

All other configurations above this level for the operating system and the software are considered as advanced configuration. An example for advanced configuration are managing the rules of your Firewall or installing a SS certificate and so on.

Debugging and problem analysis is an category that features the monitoring of an occurring problems. This is done by reviewing the log files, searching for things that cause the server to overload, restarting your service, urgent investigation in case of a huge fail and so on.

Software updating is available through the standard mechanisms of the OS and the control panel. Whenever you have an installed Control Panel it is required to use it as a way to update the software.

    We support only the updating process between the minor versions of the same OS. When the developers release a major release we don’t support it. In few words we don’t support updates of any kind which need the reinstallation of the server.

    Backups

    We offer several backup solution which covers the following tasks:

    • Backup Scheduling

    • Restoring one or more of your files from a backup

    • Complete server restoration from a backup

    • Possibility to backup an external server with the Backup Solution, provided by us. We cannot provide support regarding the installation and

    • configuration of the backup agent on the external server.
